Healthy Broccoli

Being the food junkie I am, I leave no opportunity to hop on the cheesy pizza, pasta and everything unhealthy, making it really difficult for me to maintain the healthy and balanced diet.

But sometimes it becomes necessary to detox your body, but hello eating tasteless food doesn’t come to my list 

Seeing my scenario, mom decided to jump in and she made a point to maintain the balance between my taste buds and nutrition value.

So here I present you my go and now my favorite meal for dinner

Steamed broccoli, the more boring it sounds delicious it tastes and on top of that it’s easy to make and gets ready in short span of time

Ingredients:-

Broccoli

Salt to taste

Cucumber

Lemon( to add a little taste)

Procedure:

  1. Wash your broccoli
  2. Cut the broccoli into desires pieces
  3. Add water to the saucepan
  4. Bring the water to boil
  5. Cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes approximately
  6. Reduce the heat and keep continuing
  7. Then put the cut cucumbers into broccoli
  8. Then add salt according to your taste

Here the simple and tasty broccoli got ready, isn’t it ideal to have healthy and tasty food at the same time😍😍😍😍
